Founder’s Profile:
Mr. Shriniwas Jayant Gorane
B. Com., FCA, LL.B.(Gold Medalist)

Mr. Shriniwas Jayant Gorane is an Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has rich experience in serving diverse clientele ranging from Corporates to SMEs in the field of Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Audit and Assurance and Business Related Services.

He has completed his graduation in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is Certified Concurrent Auditor, equipped to carry out Concurrent Audit of Banks. He has completed his Bachelor in Law with Distinction by Securing 1st Rank from Nashik’s Prestigious Narhar Balwant Thakur (N.B.T.) Law College.

He was member of the various committee’s of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), as follows:
– Member of the Direct Taxes, International Taxation & FEMA Committee for the year 2023-24.
– Member of the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Committee for the year 2024-25.
– Member of the GST & Indirect Taxes Committee for the year 2025-26.

He is currently a member of Committee for MSME & Startup of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the year 2026-27.
