Refund & Cancellation Policy
At S J G & ASSOCIATES, we value our clients and ensure a transparent payment process. Please note the following regarding cancellations and refunds :
Once payment is made, it is considered final. Refunds are not applicable for professional services rendered.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@sjgco.in within 24 hours of the transaction.
Refund requests, if anty, may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or erroneous transactions. In such cases, the refund will be processed within *7-10 business days.*
Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within **7 days** of the transaction date.

The fee paid covers only the agreed scope of work. Additional services requested may incur extra charges.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an engagement if false or misleading information is provided by the client.
